Congratulations on seeking therapy!

You're not a broken record that needs to be fixed. You just need an outlet to freely express yourself, clarity your thoughts and get an unbiased perspective, so you can dig a little deeper and figure it out for yourself.

With Individual CBT therapy, we'll sit back, relax and talk about whatever you're going through or facing and we get to the bottom of things together. We will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and experiences to see how they impact you. We will uncover cognitive distortions and learn healthy coping skills to help you manage yourself better. As your facilitator, my role is to guide you towards finding the answers for yourself because deep down, you know what you need to do.

  • Optional video or audio sessions, it's your choice

  • Assignments at the end of every session for some deeper self work

  • Worksheets depending on the circumstance

Couples Therapy

In my experience helping couples find their way back to each other, the most common issues I encounter are stacked resentment, conflicting communication styles and a loss of attraction.

Couples Therapy is a space dedicated to helping you and your partner build a deeper, more fulfilling connection. Whether you're navigating challenges, seeking to improve communication, or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore and heal your relationship.

Relationships naturally encounter ups and downs, and it’s easy for misunderstandings, unresolved conflicts, stacked resentments or everyday stress to create emotional and intimacy distance. In our sessions, we’ll work together to address these issues head-on, fostering open and honest communication. We’ll focus on identifying the underlying patterns that may be causing tension, while also highlighting the strengths in your relationship.

Through evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), you'll learn practical tools to manage conflict, express your needs more effectively, and rebuild trust and intimacy. Whether you're struggling with communication issues, trust, intimacy, or life transitions, couples therapy provides a supportive space for growth and reconnection.

Emotional Maturity Training (EMT)

Feel, don't avoid!

This Emotional Maturity Training is designed to help you develop the emotional intelligence and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Emotional maturity is about understanding and managing your feelings, accepting them, communicating effectively, and responding to difficult situations in a calm, balanced way.

In this program grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll focus on helping you build self-awareness, regulate your emotions, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.

Through this training, you’ll learn to recognize how your thoughts influence your emotions and actions. We’ll explore strategies to reframe negative or unhelpful thoughts, enabling you to respond more thoughtfully in stressful situations rather than reacting impulsively. This process empowers you to manage conflicts, make better decisions, and cultivate healthier relationships—both with yourself and others.

Emotional maturity is not about suppressing emotions, but rather understanding them and responding in a way that aligns with your values and long-term goals. You’ll also learn techniques to improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and enhance self-compassion.
